National Northern Raccoon
Written by Adam Salomon
Did you know that the raccoon is a scavenger? Although there are many forest animals, the Northern Raccoon is the best!
To begin, Northern Raccoons live in forests. You can find them all over the world, but they hide in dens or trees. The northern raccoon eats fish in their habitat. They swim in rivers near their home.
Also, Northern Raccoons adaptations are helpful. They use there sharp teeth to rip the skin off of fish. They use there feet to jump rock to rock.
Lastly, northern Raccoons are good omnivores. They eat baby crocodiles and crayfish. They also eat berries and nuts.
Truly, although there are many forest animals, the raccoon is the best! It is clear that the raccoon lives in a temperate forest. If you have money save the predator and prey, which is the raccoon.
