Isaak - Rattlesnakes

Habitat Diorama Created by Isaak

Rocking Rattlesnakes
Written by Isaak
Do you know what kind of desert animal can gulp up a whole egg straight? Although I like anacondas, rattlesnakes are really, really cool. Rattlesnakes live in the hot, hot deserts, have useful adaptations, and are carnivores.
To start, my animal the rattlesnake lives in the hot, hot, hot desert habitat. His home is in the desert under a big rock to stay away from prededors. They come out in the night and it is really cold in the night time. He lives in South and North America deserts.
To continue, their adaptations are very interesting. Their rattle on their tails warn other animals to go away. Their coolers and patterns help them camouflage into things. They can climb on captives and on there sharp points without getting hurt. They can dig their scales into the sand and camouflage.
Last of all, they are carnivores and eat a lot. They eat little mice and other small creatures. They are prey and predators too. Large birds eat them or wolves. They can swallow a whole egg straight.
Truly, there are other snakes, and I think the rattle snake is the most interesting. It is clear that rattlesnakes live in the hot, hot dessert,   they   have useful adaptations, and are carnivores. If you ever talk about reptiles, you should tell them about a rattlesnake.
